If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
The items must be in the original packaging and unworn and must be returned within 14 days. If you have an item that malfunctions within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the item, provide a refund or credit you on a future purchase. Damaged items must be returned to the RETURNS department before a credit or replacement is processed:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Shipping charges are not refundable. Refund value will be reduced to reflect value of free gift, where applicable. Free gifts are not refundable, only exchangeable.
Broken, Damaged or Not What is Expected Items:
Items that are damaged while in initial transit to the customer, break prior to wearing (no signs or wear) or have a manufacturing defect within 30 days purchase are eligible for replacement.
Issues that qualify as a damaged item:
- Non-functional clasp, snap, closure or clip
- Not as described - Color, Size, Design
- Unusual markings or color variance
- Snaps that will not snap on the bases pieces or latched on. (Excludes improper care of the product)
